What is the cost for treatment?

The cost of treatment in a hospital in India will vary based on individual’s requirements and type of disease or disorder. However, we can assure you that the total cost would be considerably lower than private care in your home country whilst delivering world-class quality treatment.

How would I pay the charges?

You are required to pay at least 50% of the cost for securing the booking, which is refundable after deducting processing charges if you decide not to undergo with the procedure. Payment can be made through wire transfer/ telegraphic transfer/ online payment through credit card from your country. After the arrival in India, you can pay in cash or through traveler's cheque/ demand draft.

What are the services included in my Medical treatment arrangement?

As per the set estimate, minimum services covered under treatment are-An initial consultation, Hospital fees, Physician charges, Medical tests(as prescribed), Anticipated meal and accommodation charges, registered nurse coverage and a follow-up consultation after your medical treatment. Additional charges will be applied for travel and transportation related facilities, recuperation tour and extra accommodation arrangements for attendants or family member.

Can I book my own travel arrangements?

Since we are facilitator and service provider, we will be happy to organize your travel and accommodation needs. However you are free to organize your own arrangements though you will be responsible for ensuring that your travel coincides with any medical treatment.

Can somebody come along with me as attendant?

Of course yes. Yes. In fact we encourage you to take some one with you during your treatment that will make your trip smooth and stress free. We do offer services such as airport pick-ups, nurse/doctor accompanied ambulances, hotel accommodation for family members or attendant.

Can language problem create any hurdle during my treatment and recuperation?

What will happen if I postpone (Not Cancel) my tour due to any personal reason?

Don’t worry; it is sometimes natural that people postpone their scheduled journey due to some reason. If the payment is made, you may ask for a rescheduled trip. Med Care India will affix to the original price for 3 months after the date in which the trip was postponed, but once that period elapses, the package's price could be modified. The deposit will be held and considered as payment on account. You must visit the section terms & conditions of the service to see the cancellation policy.

What are the stay options after the discharge from hospital?

Once you discharged from the hospital, Med Care India can arrange various options for your comfortable stay and quick recuperation before you come back to own home. You can either choose a luxurious hotel/Budget Hotel, or a service apartment (Bed & Breakfast Home Stay) for experiencing homely stay.

What about post treatment recuperation tour arrangement?

After the successful completion of treatment or surgery, Med Care India can provide excellent recuperation tour options with various choices of rejuvenation, accommodation, side trips and can arrange the same for you in India to make your medical tourism memorable and pleasant.

It is difficult to state exact amount, but as per the rough estimation medical expense in India is lowest- 20 % of average expense incurred in US and Canada.

Will I receive my medical records of medical report from India?

Yes, all the documents and medical reports will be provided to you by the hospital and doctors to take back home with you for your further records.
